I have always been active and worked out regularly, but I felt bored with the gym and I wanted to gain strength and endurance. I especially like the fact that Victoria with Hybrid Fitness incorporates so many different types of equipment and the workouts are never the same. It is a total body workout in an hour. Hybrid Fitness is a unique workout program designed for all athletic abilities. I really can’t ask for a better workout than Hybrid Fitness. Victoria is encouraging and knowledgeable and she truly makes fitness fun, but challenges you each workout. I would highly recommend Hybrid Fitness to anyone!!

Cardiff, CA I have been training with Victoria Hickmet since the middle of January 2010. Since then, I have felt a tremendous increase of energy, vitality, and just an overall feeling of wellness and well-being. She pushes me to cross my old limits and to strive for a new beginning, within my body as well as my soul. I had never enjoyed working out. I had tried all the available gyms and just got bored within a few months. Now, I can’t wait to meet her after work and get started on my regimen. While not every day is as successful as I’d like, she reminds me to keep the faith and to concentrate on the long-term. She is truly my friend and mentor. As an active male I enjoy surfing, soccer, cycling, and many other sports. I find that Hybrid Fitness boot camp helps strengthen my body, to allow me to excel in all of these activities. She does a great job of providing different drills at each boot camp so you never get bored plus you are building your strength and endurance at a very rapid pace.
