is dedicated to enriching your quality of life through our affordable outdoor boot camp classes.

Each class is held outdoors in your local area parks and is a mixed creation that encompasses cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, core training, and flexibility training.

HYBRID FITNESS
 combines a mixture of pilates, yoga, weight training, kickboxing, intervals, and circuits.  It is our passion as ACE certified trainers to ensure we provide you a safe and effective workout.  Through our ongoing education and research of exercise science, we will bring you the very best up to date training methods, enabling you get the most out of each and every Class you attend.

HYBRID FITNESS will meet the requirements of every induviduals fitness level. Our main goal is for you to get fit and have fun in a friendly stress free environment
